In that capacity, she is responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives and administrative support staff. Ms. Morgan will also be developing and implementing best practices for optimizing customers’ decision-making processes. Before joining West Penn Wire, she held management positions with Atrium Innovations, a manufacturer of nutritional health products, and with Verizon Communications. Ms. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
